Born and raised in western Washington state, David Dun moved to California to practice the law degree he earned in Seattle. For years he thought about writing and finally jumped into it but struggled for a time until he found his niche in writing thrillers. He is married to Laura who has a pilot's license and who has flown him over some of the places he has written about.
