According to the bio on her website: "My parents escaped the Transylvania Valley of Romania when I was a child. It was during this hiatus in my life that I discovered my love of adventure, and my imagination ran wild. As I played, I created castles from a grove of trees, berries became not just food, but currency and all forms of things. My friends thought I was ‘unique.’

My family came to California, where we had cousins who sponsored us, and life became ‘normal,’ which was not enough for me. I repeatedly got lost in books. All kinds of books. But the romances are what stole my heart every time. Though I loved to write for assignments in school, I often wondered where my favorite authors got their inspiration for these wonderful worlds they created.

Years later, I became a life coach, and knew in my heart that I would be writing a book someday. Something meaningful, esoteric even, where I would help people and change their lives. When I finally sat down to write, what came through me was shockingly not a self-help book. Not that I’ve ruled out writing in that genre, but it was the adventure, the sex, and the whirlwind fantasy come alive as a movie in my head that took flight. And had to be written."
