This pseudonym is really two authors: Steven Harris and Candice Proctor. Lt. Colonel Harris was a career intelligence officer who operated in Vietnam and other dangerous places before being stationed in D.C. where he worked with the remote viewing program with the Army at Fort Meade. Ms. Proctor is an award winning author of numerous historical romances as the Sebastian S. Cyr Regency mysteries. She has lived all over the world and her writing reflects her knowledge and her love of archaeology. The two are married to each other.
