A trip to Nepal gives Lady Penelope a chance to drop in on an old family friend, Colonel Wellington-Smythe, who has retired in the Himalayans. She finds local villagers in fear of the Abominable Snowman but she soon discovers it is all a ruse to disguise a foreign nation from stealing from a stockpile of nuclear weapons.
