Meltdown

A Ukraine nuclear scientist and his family, vacationing on Bali, are kidnapped by Jemaah Islamiyah who want him to build 15 dirty bombs or his family suffers. Blake MacKay is ordered to locate the scientist and eliminate him since it is suspected he is a volunteer, not a conscript.
