Etoria, a Mediterranean country determined to destroy America's defenses so it could be pulled into that nation's empire, has a weapon which sends a strange green mist across the water. It is using it to advance up New York harbor and all ships that enter it are immediately engulfed in flames. Operator #5, Jimmy Christopher, has to stop it.
