Ben Hope is back in the UK on business and decides to attend a reunion at Oxford. He meets an old friend, Nick, who is now a famous classical musician. Soon after, Nick is killed in what looks like a home invasion robbery. But then there is the matter of a missing manuscript possibly written by the composer J.S. Bach.
