On his second mission, Lawrence Lander is again joined by Israeli operative Rivka Levine as they head to D.C. to find and eliminate a senior MI6 officer who has apparently gone rogue and connected with a band of jihadists. Things go sideways quickly when Levine is kidnapped by an old associate and a bomb blows up near Lander.
