Back in 1988, a young CIA agent named Morrison discovered an assassination plot while on a detail protecting a Reagan-Gorbachev summit. He was able to stop it but almost died in the process. Now in the present someone is eliminating all who knew about that plot and now CIA NCS chief Morrison is on that list.
