A North Korean nuclear scientist, filled with hatred for the Dictator of his country when his wife and daughter were killed by government troops, escapes to the South and informs the American government he has information on his former Ruler's plans. Jake and Sarah Harrigan are asked to look into the reported "Project" and discover it could change the world, not for the better.
