A gang of sex traffickers snatch two women from a hotel in Acapulco to sell in the Middle East not knowing they are the kin of a major drug lord. To get them back, that man, El Mato, needs the help of Jake Harrigan and company but he needs leverage to force that assistance so he in turn kidnaps the girlfriend of a close friend of theirs.
