Mac Travis was enjoying life and partaking of one of his favorite pastimes, scuba diving, when he found off the coast of Florida a discarded nuke. It is not long before word gets out and a terrorist learns that Travis knows the location and wants it. Also, a Presidential candidate who knows his past involvement with it will ruin his election chance wants to kill the story - literally.
