In retaliation for attack the evil Scorpion's submarine, the plane carrying Don Winslow and his friend Red Pennington, as well as Mercedes Colby, is shot down in the coastal jungle of Haiti. Survival is not enough - they must find a way to stop the Scorpion's latest scheme.
