"When the US air base security personnel in Wyoming spot a Chinese general in civilian clothes talking to the Chinese owner of a corn mill, close by their base, a disturbing, new source of intelligence and surveillance for the CCP, (Chinese Communist Party), the White House is immediately alerted.
