Jaime Menchen is a brilliant, Israeli cyber anti-terrorism genius who is extorted by the threat of death to his grown children. He must design a major cyber warfare package which will be used to attack America's power grid. He manages to get word to the White House who then call for Jake and Sarah Harrigan to help.
