The year is 1947. Harry Tennant was on the coast of England tailing a Russian Jew who was a professor of mathematics at Oxford and had also worked on classified matters for the government during the War. Now, though, Tennant was watching him strip naked on the beach and walk out into the surf, drowning himself. Now British Intelligence wants to know why and Tennant has the job.
