Ryan Savage was hoping for some rest time at home in the Florida Keys but a phone call sends him to Tampa and then out of the country. A Russian oligarch has run afoul of the Kremlin leaders and has come up with a plan to get revenge on them, a plan that will strike at America as well as Russia. Savage's new assignment will be to stop him.
