The year is 1966. Agent Orange, Andrew Keeton, is given the assignment of tracking down a world famous adventurer named Chase Hawkins who has been traveling throughout the Iron Curtain nations. What makes him so important is he is a "human recording device" and what he has seen and heard he remembers. Unfortunately, the KGB is very suspicious.
