The pseudonym for a married couple, Gloria G. Fickling (1925-) and Forest E. Fickling (1925-1998). Gloria was a fashion writer while Forest was a sportswriter when they came up with the idea of a private eye who was female with a penchant for finding herself unclad in the strangest situations.
