BOB WILKIN

According to Lambiek Comiclopedia: "Bob Wilkin was a British comic artist who contributed his comics to magazines such as Sun after World War II. One of the realistically drawn stories he created was 'Good King Wenceslas' for the Christmas issue in 1947."
