SHANE MCINNIS

According to the bio in a collection of stories: "Shane McInnis is a self-professed nerd with an overactive imagination. He grew up watching James Bond movies and reruns of Get Smart, and Mission: Impossible when he should have been asleep. More than one household appliance suffered the Shane’s wrath in his pursuit of making spy gadgets. He holds a Master of Arts in History and shares this passion with his college students, his wife, and anyone else courteous enough (to pretend) to listen. His previous work includes Kaishakunin, a historical fiction novel set in Medieval Japan, and scholarly non-fiction. He calls the Pine Belt of South Mississippi home and works hard to break down the stereotypes of the region and those within it."
