According to the bio on his website: "I grew up in the 80’s, so most of my taste-or lack thereof-is from that era. I read somewhere that the music you were listening to at 14 is what you’ll be listening to at 40. It seems about right to me.

When I was 14 I was listening to a lot of glam rock (which wasn’t good for the environment with all that hair spray being thrown about recklessly) plus my Dad’s old albums-the Beatles, the Eagles, Neil Diamond, Simon and Garfunkel.

Yeah, I know, I know…like these guys, a little bar band from New Jersey called Bon Jovi. Go on, laugh…but I betcha know the words to Livin’ on a Prayer!

I was also into muscle cars in a big way, so my room was pretty much adorned with posters of guitar bands, hot rock chicks, and American cars. Firebirds (as below), Mustangs, Camaros, that sorta thing. Again, probably not so good for the environment with those big block engines, but ohmyGod they were so cool.
