TODD MOSS

According to the bio on his website: "Todd Moss, formerly Deputy Assistant Secretary of State, draws on his real-world experiences inside the U.S. Government to bring to life the exhilaration—and frustrations—of modern-day foreign policymaking.

Todd is currently Senior Fellow at the Center for Global Development in Washington DC and a nonresident scholar at Rice University’s Baker Institute. In addition to the Ryker thriller series for Penguin’s Putnam Books, he is the author of several non-fiction books on international affairs. Todd holds a PhD from the University of London and a BA from Tufts University. He lives in Maryland with his family."
