According to Wikipedia, Tom Cain is a pseudonym for an unnamed English journalist. Mr. Cain is said to have been born in Moscow and lived there for a few years followed by Washington, D.C. and Havana, Cuba. He has been a reported for Punch, and The Daily Main. He has a degree in Philosophy and History of Art from the University of Cambridge.
