Biggles Takes It Rough

A man named Macaster owns a supposedly uninhabited island off Scotland. He plans to develop the property and gets the British government's okay. Then he discovers there are apparently people living there as he hears aircraft taking off and landing at night. He looks to Biggles to help investigate.
