A former Nazi named Wolff was living in Jamaica but nearing death. He tried to write a letter to his friend, Erich von Stalhein, along with a map, detailing where secret documents from WWII were hidden but he died before finishing it. Now Biggles learns of it and races to get the cache before his old enemy.
