Wanting very much a change in her life, Christy Hadden accepts a scholarship which gets her a trip to Washington, D.C. Unfortunately, in the group she joins there, she is as much an outsider as before. Especially when she witnesses a murder of an aide to a Senator and the FBI must now provide protection. Hadden finds that for her and her group to survive, she has to make some major changes.
