Hidden Spy

Written by G. R. Radfield

"In the early 1950s, the nuclear programs of the United States and Britain were hampered by so-called 'atomic spies', scientists and their civilian contacts who passed information to the Soviet Union. The security of those programs increased more and more. During one of the security investigations, Britain discovers a new kind of atomic spy, a man who has always been under the radar and who could work for a very different enemy. But the suspect, knowing that he is wanted, flees the country. The case is assigned to MI6's Special Affairs Division, the secretive SAD, which discovers the spy's whereabouts – in Cuba! Agent John Barry is immediately sent to the island, a den of vice and corruption where he must dodge all the organizations that operate there at will: the American mafia, Batista's secret police, the revolutionary movements, and the spy agencies of the other world powers."
