The year is 1995.
Eight years before, the US Navy submarine Dallas disappeared. The Navy thought it lost at sea though no wreckage was ever found. Now a team of operatives in Somalia have uncovered material with the same radiation signature of the Dallas's reactor. Bombs were made from that material.
