Charlie Dark is not a particular fan of Moscow because he is certainly on Russia's least favorite CIA agents. Nevertheless, he is in town because a fire in the embassy meant Russian firefighters had access to an open safe and several ongoing missions are likely "up in smoke". Dark's impossible job is to see if anything can be yet saved.
