Note: this is an animated short, lasting about 10 minutes. The fellow does not look at all like the Walter Bennett from the main adventure and it would be easy to conclude they were totally different people and they might in fact be so. But he carries an ID warrant card showing he is in fact named Walter Bennett. Of course, that card also claims he works for the CIA. So. Same Bennett?
Who's to say. After all, the subject for this series is Spies in Disguise.
