Sonia Kincaid is an international con artist who tracks down now-former bodyguard Michael Bryce to help rescue her kidnapped husband. Once that is accomplished, with considerable gun play, they are all captured by Interpol agent O'Neill who asks their help to stop a terrorist leader named Papadopoulos from destroying the European power grid.
