Spy Vs. Spy Combat Card Game!

A promo game that is illustrated by Antonio Probhias and printed in the 97th Super Special known as MAD Collector's Series #8 in late spring 1994.
The basic idea of the game is a combination of War and Rock, Paper, Scissors. There are 36 cards: 2-6 in 4 suits, 4 each of 3 weapons (tanks, bombs & dagger), 2 wild cards and 2 WAR cards, plus instructions (rules) to play.
