Modesty Blaise and Willie Garvin head to an area of Bangladesh to help out at a hospital of an old friend, not knowing that that female doctor's husband has been dealing with an opium smuggling gang led by a man named Wu Smith to get needed supplies. That man's desire to stop his affiliation will cause considerable trouble which Modesty will take exception to. BTW, Fiona is the name of a chimp!
