Lady in the Dark

Dinah and Stephen Collier, old friends of Modesty Blaise, are visiting her when Dinah, blind but with amazing dowsing abilities, is hired by a Countess to travel to Edlitz where an ancient treasure is hidden and use her skills to locate it. When Stephen injures his back, Willie Garvin volunteers to accompany her. Neither knows that the real Countess is held prisoner and that Salamander Four is out for a cut of the treasure.
