The Balloonatic

A crazy Italian reporter 'friend' of Modesty Blaise convinces her to join him on a hot-air balloon regatta, not telling her he really had no clue as to its operation. When she is finally able to get it to descend, it unfortunately nears a training camp for international terrorists.
