In Rio, a Hungarian scientist, now a US citizen attends a conference while being protected by the CIA. He disappears from the hotel's elevator and is placed aboard a luxury yacht owned by De Sa, under contract to the Reds. Modesty and Willie agree to find a way to get him back but things are never totally what they seem.
