In the country of Ismiria there is "a total intelligence blackout" and the leader of the country, General Okat, a friend of Cannon from the first adventure, has gone missing. Cannon is sent to learn what is up. Okat is being held prisoner by the leader of a neo-Nazi group, the new Fuhrer is quite insane but totally dedicated to the destruction of Israel using a nuclear weapon.
