Though the spy cell's plan was mostly destroyed by Cannon and associates, the new temporary Chief is the admin assistant, Schneider, whose girl friend is the real leak. Schneider is determined to get rid of Cannon by giving him every rotten assignment he can think of.  Cannon, though, suspects Gerta. The spy cell brings in a new assassin to take on Cannon even as Schneider's beautiful grown daughter, Wendy, shows up for a visit. The spy cell decides kidnapping her is the perfect way to perfect way to get Schneider totally under control. Cannon decides otherwise.
