"The October Men vs Big John McGraw"

When Cannon is pulled off of suspension by his scheming Chief, he is ordered to look into a "group of revolutionary fanatics who call themselves the 'October Men'". They are based out of California and have recently hijacked a shipment of .30 caliber ammo. He pulls in Weasel for help who surprisingly agrees with a two-timing hussy from the previous arc, Diane, who offers to go with him to help. Weasel infiltrates an organization run by oil-rich billionaire Big John McGraw, a fellow who wants to change the government with him running things. Cannon infiltrates the October Men and learns they are about to go up against McGraw's private army.
