Forced to travel together, Madame Toy and Sue Smith spend time learning of each other's history and how they came to be in the espionage business. Arriving in the States, both Madame Toy and Sue Smith are arrested by the federal authorities. Cannon, when he returns, is told to take some time off so he heads back to Iowa. The stay is short-lived when the two women escape and he is recalled to duty.
