The wily Sue Smith might be caught again by Cannon but she is still deadly, just ask the agent named Weasel. She is now sent to the Central American country of San Sierra to ingratiate herself with the ruling dictator, General Torres. A newly released Madame Toy is also sent there by her goverment to join up with the rebel leader Podres. So is Cannon because rumors say either Podres or Torres has possession of an atomic bomb.
