[CF06] - X-9 is convinced that several of the crime gangs he has gone up against recently are all actually a part of a much larger crime syndicate covering the whole of the country and headed by one person, a master criminal. One of the many illegal activities he controlling is the smuggling of Orientals into the States. X-9, working with the Secret Service and the Coast Guard, goes on the hunt for proof starting with a vessel called the Queen of Aba.
