[CF01] - X-9 is sent to the town of Woodford to investigate a phantom airplane; one that is heard flying over the area on various nights but never actually seen. What is seen are the accidents that happen the next day when an airplane designer tries to test his newest craft called the Silver Bullet which he hopes will be fast enough to win a prestigious NY-LA air race.
