[AR07] - The latest case for X-9 is to "get after 'The Fixer', the organizer who supplies big-timers with guns and armored cars, arranges alibies, fences the loot, and fades witnesses", according to his Chief. Specifically he needs to investigate witness tampering in a murder case where a man was killed to steal a $100k necklace.
