Arc 3:  Versus The Falcon

After a journey of many days, Don and Red near the suspected headquarters of the Falcon. In the rainy night an innkeeper offers them shelter and then insists. When Don accepts out of curiosity, he finds working as a serving girl there Lotus, undercover for Inspector Kwang. Don soon learns how the Falcon forced local farmers to grow the poppies. Meanwhile, we learn that the Falcon is frustrated with his boss, the Scorpion, and decides that he knows hypnotism and black magic as well as the Scorpion and that he can depose his boss as he likes, especially since he has a mysterious child, Ling Tai, in his control. The job to Don will be to defeat the Falcon and his Black Spot opium plan while not hurting the innocent Ling Tai.
