At the end of the previous mission, Johnny Hazard is told by the local FBI SAC that a shipment of illegal guns was expected in the area soon but he knew little more about it. Leaving the office, Hazard is accosted by a mugger and after a slight altercation, Hazard convinces the man that he too is on the lookout for guns to arm his "team" about to attack the government payroll. This is get an in on who is bringing in the guns and how.
