Myra North is awakened in the early morning by a phone call with stunning news; the evil Hyster, who has plagued her more than once, has been released. The local authorities are confident they can curtail any illegal activity by shadowing him constantly but Hyster makes a visit to a genius but greedy scientist named Zero who has the ability, for a price, to make Hyster invisible. With that power, Hyster is out to make a good deal of mischief because he has two major goals: get rich quickly and get revenge on Myra North.
