Having completed the mission in Gringo, Myra North with Jack Lane and Dr. Wu are surprised to see a stowaway on their plane. A creepy looking older man with a wide brim hat and a dangerous pistol orders them to head due west to "Toltec Canyon, near the Arizona border". After he is subdued by Dr. Wu, he tells them that his name is Jonathan Crag and his life as an archaeologist has been dedicated to searching for 'The Oracle of Taotl', supposedly handed down by the Aztecs. They decide that while they have no interest in wealth and fame from finding it, the oracle feature could be useful.
