With the matter of the two babies taken care of, Myra North asks Dr. Jason what his plans were. Jason explains he has been in talks with noted Austrian criminologist Dr. Emil Van Boden to be his assistant in his famous experiments to remove criminal tendencies. North is offered a job as well and readily accepts (no mention of the clinic's future). When she tells Lane about the offer, he says she should take it and does not seem upset their wedding plans got delayed again. This doctor's operation, though, puzzles Jason when he watches one as he believes it would cause the patient's to lose fear, not criminal desires.
